Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@bacneoutbar.com as soon as possible after placing it. Most cancellation requests can be accommodated within 1-2 hours of ordering, though this cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. If your order has already shipped, please follow our standard return process below once it arrives.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, unopened, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We stand behind Bacne Out Bar™. First-time purchasers who complete a full 60-day trial and are not satisfied with their results may request a full refund within 30 days of completing the trial. No return of the product is necessary — simply send before-and-after photos along with a short description of your usage to support@bacneoutbar.com. This guarantee applies exclusively to a customer's first Bacne Out Bar™ purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bacneoutbar.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
